To qualify for early bird registration, registration fees must be received by the published date. Registration fees are based on date of payment receipt, not the date of receipt of registration form.

*For Student Registration to be applicable, students must be
- full time student
- completing under or post graduate
- in occupational therapy course
- must be able to produce a current student id onsite at conference registration

If you have registered online, you can print your tax invoice and summary for your attendance at the conference. They can be accessed by:

- Enter your access key into the appropriate box
- Go to Print Options and select View PDF. This will generate the form and you can then print it
Member Benefit - Reciprocal Registration at Occupational Therapy Conferences OT AUSTRALIA members are invited to register for the National Conference of some international occupational therapy associations and Australian allied health associations, at the member rate of the host country/association.

Speech Pathology Australia
OT AUSTRALIA members may register for Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) national conferences at the same rate as SPA members. You will need to fax or email evidence of your OT AUSTRALIA membership to the SPA national office with your registration application. Speech Pathology Australia will be holding their 2008 National Conference in conjunction with the New Zealand Speech-Language Therapists Association at Skycity Convention Centre, Auckland. Australian Physiotherapy Association
The Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA) invites OT AUSTRALIA members to register at APA member rates (not early bird rates) at the major alternating biennial events: Conference Week October 4 to 8, 2007 (Cairns) and Oct 2009 (Sydney); and the National Congress, Perth 23 to 24 May 2008. Australasian Podiatry Council
The Australasian Podiatry Council offers reciprocal registration for their next national conference, to be held on Tuesday 12 to 16 May 2009 at the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre. For more information please visit www.apodc.com.au
Australian Institute of Radiography
The Australian Institute of Radiography (AIR) confirms reciprocal registration for national conferences. The next Annual Scientific Meeting (National Conference) of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy (ASMMIRT) will be held on 17 to 20 April 2008 in Melbourne. Australian Association for Exercise and Sport Science
The Australian Association for Exercise and Sport Science (AAESS) national conference will be held in Melbourne in March 2008. OT AUSTRALIA members can register at the standard AAESS member rate of $650. For more information please visit www.aaess.com.au
