Conference Registration Fees

NOTE: If your application for membership is still in process, you don’t have to wait for receipt of confirmation of your membership status in order to register at the member rate for the conference. We will check your membership status closer to the conference date, or you can send an email to ot2011@thinkbusinessevents.com.au once your membership is confirmed by your OT Association.

  1. Early Bird Rate: To qualify for early bird registration, registration fees must be received by the 13 April 2011. Registration fees are based on date of payment receipt, not the date of receipt of registration form.
  2. Member Rates: To qualify for member rate, you will need to be a member of Occupational Therapy Australia, a division of Occupational Therapy Australia, NZAOT, WFOT or an International association that is a member of WFOT or another approved allied health professional association. Your membership status will be verified with the relevant association upon registration. Please contact OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY AUSTRALIA for further details at www.ausot.com.au
  3. Student Rate: To qualify for the student rate, you will need to show valid student ID when arriving to register at the Conference. Students include those studying as full time or post graduates.
  4. Day Registration: Please note there are no reduced Early Bird fees for day registrations.
  5. Graduate Fee: To qualify for the graduate fee, you must be an OT who has graduated within the last year as per the OTA graduate membership guidelines.

Payment

All conference payments must be received prior to the conference. If payment is not received you will be required to provide your personal credit card details at the conference to guarantee payment. This card will be debited if alternative payment is not received within 14 days.

We accept payment by:

All amounts in the registration form are in Australian dollars (AUD$) and include 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST).

Once your registration has been processed receipt of payment will be emailed to you, to the email address you provide as contact in your registration.

Previously Registered:

If you have registered online, you can use your Access Key to add/change details to your registration, and print an invoice.

Insurance

Insurance of any kind is NOT included in registration fees – it is advised that delegates take out appropriate health and travel insurances prior to travelling. The OT Australia National Conference Committee and the Conference Office do not take any responsibility for delegates failing to insure.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations received in writing at the Conference Office by Friday, 20 May 2011 will be accepted and all fees refunded less an AUD$100 administrative fee.

Cancellations received after this date cannot be accepted and will not be refunded, however transfer of your registration to another person is acceptable. The full name and details of the person that will replace you must be advised in writing to the Conference Office prior to the Conference. No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the Conference.
