The Conference Office has selected hotels and apartments in Melbourne, at competitive rates, to suit a range of budgets and preferences. These are easily accessible to the conference venue, and provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay for delegates in the Melbourne Central Business District.

Accommodation Conditions For all bookings made up until Monday 4th August 2008, a minimum of one’s night’s tariff is required to secure the booking. Upon check out of the hotel, delegates must settle the balance of their account as well as any incidentals (phone calls/mini bar etc). The rates per room per night are inclusive of GST. However, the GST will be on charged by the hotel, as we will forward this deposit to the hotel on your behalf. For all direct bookings made after Monday 4th August 2008, please note that accommodation is subject to availability and negotiated conference rates cannot be guaranteed. Payments must be made directly to the accommodation venue. For all direct bookings made after Monday 4th August 2008, please refer to the cancellation/refund policy of your preferred accommodation venue. |
Change of booking
For all changes to existing bookings, please contact the accommodation venue directly.
Early Arrival: Most hotels allow you to check in from 2pm. Earlier check incurs additional charges.
Late Arrival: If you will be arriving after 6pm, please advise the accommodation venue.
